Pantelis Theodoridis graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds Master’s degrees in Criminal Law and Criminology and in Philosophy and Political Science from the same University.

Admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 2011, he has practiced criminal law both independently and in cooperation with law firms, focusing on criminal litigation, including the drafting of pleadings and legal submissions and participation in the handling of complex cases, particularly in the field of financial and economic crime.
He has served as a Scientific Associate at the Ministry of Justice, participating in legislative drafting in criminal law, including the committee for the amendment of tax crimes (Article 8, Law No. 4337/2015), and as Secretary of the Legislative Committee that drafted the new Penal Code (Law No. 4619/2019).
He also served as a Scientific Associate at the Ministry of Labour, engaging in legislative drafting in the field of family law, including the drafting of legislation on the protection of unaccompanied minors (Law No. 4554/2018) and on foster care and adoption (Law No. 4538/2018).
He has further acted as Legal Consultant to the President of the Committee for the Audit of Declarations of Assets of Members of Parliament and Political Parties (Committee of Article 3A of Law No. 3213/2003).
Moreover, he served as Legal Expert for UNICEF on child protection and child care reform, drafting the model framework for secondary legislation on professional foster care, and has provided legal representation in gender-based violence cases before criminal, civil, and administrative courts for the NGO “Diotima”.
He joined Ioannis Th. Iriotis Law Firm in 2025.
