Suzana Emmanouil graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace in 2007.
During her studies she also attended the French Culture, Civilization and Language elective course (CCFS) at Université de Paris IV Sorbonne.
Upon graduation, she started her internship at Ioannis Th. Iriotis Law Firm and in 2009, she was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association.
Τhen, she went ahead and completed the annual advanced course “International Excellence in Legal Practice, Expertise and Science, in Penal Procedure, Criminal Law and Narcotics Legislation” of the Hellenic Union of Jurists.
She is also a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.
Her practice covers various areas ranging from criminal to civil law cases. She specializes in criminal litigation at all levels of practice, including trial, appellate, and post-conviction cases. She handles felony cases from inception to disposition, including cases involving complex litigation issues.
Suzana has participated in many criminal trials of cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
She has extensive experience in representing clients (including high profile executives of national and multinational corporations) engaged in white collar, financial crimes, like fiscal crimes, tax evasion, crimes against Social Security Services, embezzlements, frauds, crimes related to patrimonial succession, corruption crimes, criminal violations of competition law, intellectual property law and environmental offences.
She is also highly experienced in computer crimes, crimes against life and violence against people, medical negligence and road accidents.
Furthermore, she provides legal advice in respect to banking and financial services and commercial transactions.
She also renders services to clients in the management of general individual and collective issues, company regulations, settlement agreements and compliance issues.
